Two Iterons in high sec while carrieing a mind-boggling amount of Quantum Microprocessors and lost a billion isk and quite possibly a very high collateral for the lost cargo - so most probably to a scam.
The second high sec loss seems to be a ore hauling loss to a catalyst so I guess in a belt...no big loss though.
